Falls Assessment Tool.

Our Free Falls assessment tool has been developed to help support people in a social care setting decide on the next actions to take if someone has had a fall. This tool can be used in Care Homes, Domiciliary / Home Care and other settings.

You will need to make your own risk assessment of the situation, we do not take responsibility for any injury as a result of the guidance we provide. We do provide further training on Preventing falls, trips and slips here We also provide free training in using the Mangar Elk Lifting Cushion to help assist someone who has had a fall.
